These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of myinsurebank.com and the My Insure Bank mobile app (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by PRA Insurance Brokers Limited ("MIB", "we", "us"), an insurance broker licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM), Registration No. RBC-1015, and a member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. By using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

MIB acts as an insurance broker and intermediary. We help you compare, arrange and manage insurance products underwritten by NAICOM-licensed insurance companies. We are not the insurer and we do not underwrite risk. The insurance contract is between you and the insurer that issues your policy, and is governed by that insurer's policy wording, terms and exclusions.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and to keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.

Insurance is priced on the information you provide. You must take reasonable care to answer all questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge, and to tell us about anything that may affect the cover. Giving false, incomplete or misleading information may lead the insurer to decline a claim, cancel the policy or treat it as if it never existed. Quotes are indicative and subject to the insurer's acceptance and final terms.

Premiums and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed by our licensed payment partner. In line with the "no premium, no cover" principle under Nigerian insurance regulation, cover generally begins only once the premium has been received and the policy issued. Certificates and policy documents are made available to you on the Platform once cover is confirmed.

You may file and track claims through the Platform. Claims are assessed and settled by the relevant insurer in accordance with the policy terms. As your broker, MIB will help you submit your claim and liaise with the insurer, but the decision to admit or settle a claim rests with the insurer.

Where you buy a device through the MIB shop, the sale is subject to availability, the price shown at checkout, and any included insurance cover, which is provided under the relevant policy wording. Delivery timelines are estimates.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• submit false information or impersonate another person;
• interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; or
• copy, scrape or misuse content, pricing or data from the Platform.

The Platform, including its content, branding, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to PRA Insurance Brokers Limited and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.

We work to keep the Platform accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions or solvency of any insurer. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to provide a high standard of service. If something goes wrong, contact us at support@pra.insure so we can put it right. Complaints relating to insurance broking are handled in line with NAICOM requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page with its "last updated" date.
